1. Al Ittihad Park

Al Ittihad Park is located in Palm Jumeirah. This Park is very popular among local residents. There is a 3 km walking path surrounded in the park and there are over 60 species of trees and shrubs planted in the park, all of which are indigenous to the UAE.  Tourists also find it a very peaceful spot to visit. The small play parks also make the kids feel welcome. The park is open for 24 hours and entry is free.

2. Wild Wadi Waterpark

Wild Wadi, situated near Burj Al Arab is one of the most popular water parks in Dubai. The theme is based on the Arabian folklore character, Juha. It is the first water park to have ever been built in the Middle East and was awarded the Dubai Quality Award Gold in 2007. Wild Wadi is built for people of all ages and has numerous rides and slides.  The park has a 120 meters slide that allows you to fly down at a speed of 80km/h. It is the tallest and fastest free-fall ride in the park. The tickets for this themed park start from AED 169. It can vary based on discounts and other factors.

3. Quranic Park

Quranic Park is structured on a cultural and educational standing of the Islamic Heritage. It is situated in Al Khawaneej and is the most loved attraction among tourists. This park is mainly designed for people who want to learn about the Holy Quran. The Park is encircled on 60 hectares of land and the main attraction of this park is the Cave of Miracles and The Glasshouse.

You will find a coffee house on one corner of the park where they sell hot coffee and delicious desserts. There’s a kid’s area beside the cafe, where children can play. The park is open from 8 am to 10 pm daily.

4. Al Barsha Pond Park

The Al Barsha Pond Park is known for its tennis courts, football pitches, and volleyball courts, all of which can be booked when you are at the location. There are several other facilities at the Al Barsha Pond Park like basketball courts, gym equipment, children play areas. This is a small park covering only 1.5 km running track and cycling path. This is a great picnic spot for tourists as well as local residents. This is one of the must-visit parks in Al Barsha.

5. Mushrif Park

The Park covers an area of 5.25 sq kilometers and has more than 70,000 trees planted there. It was opened in 1974 and has been one of the key spots for tourists. This park is located amidst the forest of Ghaf trees and has a rope adventure course that offers zip-lining and rope course challenges. There are almost 85 challenges to choose from depending on different age levels and difficulty levels. It also includes the longest series of tree-top zip lines. The tickets are separate for these rope challenges.

The Mushrif park also has a children’s play area, restaurants, and canteens for visitors who want to eat while visiting the park. They also have train rides, an equestrian justify, and camel riding for tourists. Mushrif Park is all about having a good time with your family or friends. It is located in Al Khawaneej Street and is open from 8 am to 10 pm (Sun to Wed) and 8 am to 11 pm (Thurs to Sat). The timings may vary based on the season and other factors.

6. Safa Park

Located in Sheikh Zayed Road, the Safa Park was opened in 1975. The park is beautified with lakes, trees, and over 200 species of birds and has a great view of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Water Canal. The Barbeque spots and the children’s play area is one of the main attractions of the park. Almost 80% of the park is covered in lawn. It is perfect for picnics and social gatherings. It was once home to the biggest Flea Market in Dubai which was later moved to Zabeel Park. It is open from 8 am to 10 pm (Sun to Wed) and 8 am to 11 pm (Thurs to Sat). The opening hours may vary.

7. Zabeel Park

Zabeel Park is one of the most significant and outstanding projects produced by the Dubai Municipality. The most technology-driven destination of all time which was transformed in the 21st century. The size of the park is equivalent to 45 football pitches. There are three different zones in the park i.e. the Alternative Energy Zone, Communications Zone, and the Techno Zone. The Dubai Garden Glow area contains animatronic dinosaurs and a glow in the dark garden which is a good attraction for tourists. The glow in the dark garden is made out of 10 million energy-saving light bulbs and yards of recycled luminous fabrics.

At the gate number 4 of Zabeel Park, there is Dubai Frame. It is one of the the most remarkable structures in Dubai, standing at 150 meters tall having a glass floor with a 93-meter long bridge. So if you are visiting Dubai this should be in your list of destinations.

8. Bark Park

The most loved and a haven for pet owners is the Bark Park. Bark Park is a clean and private area for dogs to play and socialize. It is fully enclosed and is approved by the Dubai Government.

The park is split into two areas for smaller dogs and bigger dogs so that they don’t get intimidated and can enjoy the company of each other. The best part of this park is it is well lighted even at night. There are several facilities at the park, like a large chlorine-free swimming pool for bigger dogs and a smaller pool for small dogs, agility equipment, and obstacles, and a shop to stock up the things for the dogs. Show your dog the love it deserves and visit the bark park.
